Can I get a refund or exchange if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on wigs. Once purchased and worn, wigs cannot be exchanged either. However, if you purchased the wrong size, lace etc, immediately email and we will make the necessary adjustments. Please make sure to measure your head correctly and read carefully before purchasing.

 

Can I co-wash the hair?

 Yes. Using any sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner.

 

Can I dye the hair?

 -Luxe Mane Extensions is 100% Virgin hair, so the hair can be bleached and dyed. However, it is highly recommended to get a colorist to do so.

 

How long does Luxe Mane Wigs last?

 -Depending on proper care and maintenance, our hair can last 2+ years.

 

Does the hair shed?

 -There is minimum to no shedding, as the hair is high quality. When combing, make sure to use a medium to wide tooth comb,to prevent breakage.

  

How long will it take for hair to be delivered?

 -Processing and shipping an order may take up to 2-4 business days max for domestic, 5-10 days international.
